Received blinds quite quickly, look good but the width was shorter than it should be and one of them was badly cut and a bit ragged

Blinds are good BUT while I measured very carefully and checked and re-checked, both of two roller blinds were slightly short on width. I therefore had to fit with brackets in the top of the window recess rather than on the sides. I contrast this with cutting down a standard roller blind myself which fitted perfectly in another room a few weeks ago.

Good quality blind, but found the brackets currently supplied were different to a few years back - replacing an existing blind from same supplier,had to bodge it in to get it to fit, despite accurate measurements and the fact it was exactly the same size aperture and spec as the old blind.

William Morris cushions. Service was good but the cushions are very flat not pleased with the quality of the inserts would definitely not buy any red e.

Son and I purchased after reading good reviews, so disappointed to experience: First pair of blinds being not as described (pictures and details online were very misleading), but received 25% discount on second set that were poorly made (fraying, with incorrectly cut weight bars and far too short pull cords), then getting a refund for one blind and placing a new order with discount and finding the next pair also had too short cords (even after being promised they would be a certain length). Customer service tries, and some staff are lovely and helpful, but the blinds should be made correctly from the off and the website definitely needs updating with better information and greater transparency about each product. You never know what size or style of bracket you're going to get (ours changed unpredictably) and the cords sent were nickel, then matt cheap-looking silver, then yellow chrome. The first blinds had stoppers (plastic on the cord that stops the blind from being rolled up too far) but the second and third set didn't. No mention was made of any of this in the product description. Some lovely blinds let down by unneccessary issues.

The bi fold blinds we had to trim as the measurements they asked for did not take into account the rubber seals round the glass panes so we had to trim the metal top frame which was rather annoying on all 4 blinds . The wooden blinds for the other windows were perfect . So that’s why only 3 stars

Roller blind came very quickly. I am still waiting for 4 vertical blinds expected them to come much quicker I am sure I could have got them much quicker from somewhere else disappointied about vertical blinds

Took so long to get the blinds. Was very difficult to put up. Could only put one blind up because have to get a drill that can drill through concrete.

Unfortunately blinds arrived with plinths missing and no parts to fit them. The cords are very flimsy so not sure how long they’ll last. The vertical blinds look cheap and the mechanism does not allow to draw them back. One positive is the colour of the wooden blinds. Overall little disappointed as they’re not exactly cheap.

Ordered 6 blinds and they lost three. As they are made in Vietnam it then takes weeks again to re order. 3 weeks in and they have only just been made. Due to the heat I have resorted to brown paper taped to the windows, not a great look.

Bifold blinds - Critical to measure correctly to ensure they fit properly with no leakage. Our bifolds have deep rubber seals that folded under when we slid the bracket in so we had to refit the seal completely. They do look ok and keep the room cooler just a bit narrow. They were 5mm narrower than I ordered so I called the helpline and they said I could have wider ones for £210 - 50% off! Too much money for blinds. Measure carefully folks.

The order was to replace an existing blinds2go installation. However, the pole to too long - the blind had to be dismantled so that the pole could be cut to the correct length. The cord was at the other end - these fittings had to be removed and replaced with those from the old blind. VOICE OF CUSTOMER - give your customers a choice over which end the cord is preferred.

Always ordered my blinds from blind2go however found my latest batch a little flimsy and the pulley strings have slipped out twice .. had to repair them myself .. Not that happy this time around.

We bought 2 blinds, a large wooden Venetian and a roller blind. The bathroom roller blind constantly comes off the plastic side runners and the study wooden venetian blind is ok but difficult to initially operate as the slats wouldn’t release. Blinds2go are no cheaper than a local firm who would have measured and fitted stress free as we had to pay a handy man £40 to fit these.

Bought blackout roman blinds for my sons nursery however as they deduct 10mm for a 'perfect fit' it's made it in fact not a perfect fit as it let's too much light in, unfortunately a waste of money for me.

Nicely made blinds but not all the fixings were in the box. No raw plugs and one possible fixing for the blinds were missing.

Ordered a roller blind for our kitchen window. Once it arrived I was very disappointed to find the pattern only appears on one side with the reverse white, so if it is wound onto the roller conventionally, with the pattern inward, the top, where the roll is, shows white, not patterned. Fortunately ours is wound the other way. Though the metal control chain is a nice feature there isn't enough of it and my wife has to stand on a stool to adjust the blind. This is just miserly, surely the chain should be as long as the blind ?
