It's a pity I can't give 0 stars. Called them to make sure they are in operation during this pandemic times. Was convinced that the blinds will arrive within 3 weeks of ordering. Did the order which came to just over £150 for 3 blinds which were more then reasonably. Over 2 weeks in, I received an email stating that the blinds I've ordered wood hasn't arrived and that it MIGHT arrive within in the next 5 weeks. If it does arrive it will take another 3 weeks to complete. This means it will be a total of 13 weeks.... If I'm lucky. I tried calling them to discuss this matter as I now moved home and lived in a room with no privacy on the window. After many many calls they finally answered and I had to go through a process where I was told that they now MANAGED to REQUEST a cancellation so it will take time to get my money back. They seemed more desperate to make sure the factory don't process the order than giving my money back (Keeping in mind this is now a month in... And the wood would anyway not even be in the factory) After my cancellation, I called MAKE MY BLINDS. Had a very pleasant experience with them and received the VERY SAME blinds 5 working days later. I will obviously never approach this company again and would advise as many as I can to do the same. You can't run a business like this.

Instruction manual is useless - no pictures to show where the brackets actually go on the window frame - there are two options "face" and "top" fit but absolutely impossible to work out how to fit both No screws provided - so be prepared to figure out what size the holes are in the brackets they supply because - you guessed it - the rubbish instructions don't tell you No instructions for how to return the blinds - you probably can't as they are custom made Make sure you've got room in your dustbin before you order

Being unsure how to measure up for patio doors, I emailed the company to clarify how this should be done. Having no response to my email I ended up with the wrong blinds. Customer service told me that i shouldn’t have ordered them and am now stuck with blinds worth over £100 that are no use to me.

After 4 weeks I had to contact to see when my order would be delivered, via email I was informed that they had no record of my order, but had taken £96.16 out of my account, was told no record of my email or details , even though I have ordered from them before, I now have to take this to my bank

I ordered 2 blinds, after 3 weeks waiting for these two blinds to be delivered at the same time, first one has arrived but damaged with lots of scratches and chips on the side and another blind never arrived at all. I contact them everyday through email, customer chat and call. Every time the agent couldn’t help but said to wait 24-48 hours/ wait 2 working days but nothing happen, no action or reply email whatsoever and I have no idea how long I have to wait? It’s has been frustrating chasing them up with no hope to get a missing blind or a replacement for the damaged one. Its totally waste of time and money. I do not recommend anyone to order from this company.

Disgraceful company and horrible customer service. They provide false information and make you think they are an Irish based company. Please avoid them and go locally and you will save yourself time and loads of extra charges that they do not disclose before placing your order. Blinds2Go should not be allowed to sell anything online. Awful company that cause me so much distress and money over the past 2 months.!!!!

Incredibly poor customer service. No reply to Three emails and so therefore an wrong order went ahead. Rude helpline assistant called Melanie. I do not like this company, they should not be making blinds if they can’t deal with the customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 vertical blinds for downstairs which I measured incorrectly, which was my fault. I only measured my current slats and not the full window recess so I just reorded the slats to my size which looked fine. I decided to order 2 for upstairs and measured my recess correctly. I spoke to someone on the phone to make sure the sizes were correct and they told me they would take off 4.5 cm for the top head rail so I allowed for that. When they came the slats are a further 2cm too short. The slats dont even come down to cover the glass. After phoning them the said that I measured incorrectly and that they also take some off the bottom. They are complete liars. It says nothing about this on the website and after sending photos they told me this is how they are supposed to look. My old blinds which are 2cm longer are perfect and made to measure. They dont touch my sill but according to blinds 2 go they are wrong. They are the biggest liars and all they do is blame the customer. They wont refund and have told me I have to pay for new slats and if I order new slats to my size that they wont fit. THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS AND FRAUDSTERS

Much longer delivery time then stated on their website, no indication that I could see that anticipated delivery days included Monday to Friday only. I’ll let you know the quality when they arrive but not great so far

5 Blinds ordered 02/01/21 at a cost of about Euro500. 8 weeks later, no blinds ! Communication from Blinds2go is virtually non existent, I cannot get them to reply to messages or emails. All I want is what ordered and I am only wasting my time trying to get a response or an update. Based on my negative experience I can only describe them as a bunch of amateurs, I will never deal with them again.

wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company - customer service is beyond shocking !!! Purchased / paid for blinds on the 23rd January, 7 - 10 day promised delivery - here on the 26th February, I have a rail, no blinds to hang from it, unanswered e-mails, attempted chat via website that goes unanswered ... seriously, do not waste your money with this lot !!!!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! First order took over 3 months to arrive but we liked the blind so we ordered blinds for the rest of the house. Second order, all four blinds were cut too big and didn't fit. It says on their website that for the wooden blinds they take 1cm off your measurments to ensure the perfect fit. None on my blinds had 1cm taken off and therefore wouldn't fit inside the brackets. I emailed over pictures, had no response. I rang them up and was told that they have a 5mm tolerance so wouldn't do anything about my blinds as they all had at least 5mm taken off. IF YOUR WEBSITE SAYS 'WE TAKE OFF 1CM FOR THE PERFECT FIT' THEN TAKE OFF 1CM!! 5mm makes a huge difference. Having a 50% tolerance is so stupid and the customer services were so unhelpful. We were both looking at the same image I sent and she was telling me it was 234.6cm when it clearly wasn't. She was trying to make out like their incompetent was our fault and our problem. RUDE. I will never order through blinds 2 go again and do not recommend.

Nice blinds, after support when one was faulty non existant, live chat - no replies, 3 emails, no replies, cant use one of th eblinds wihtout small part needed so useless now. AVOID THIS COMPANY there are others out there!

We ordered a Sevilla Blackout Grey blind, instead we received a light blue blind. When I mentioned this to the customer service, they said that it was my fault for not ordering a sample of the fabric before I ordered it. This was not acceptable because the colour in the picture is completely different to the one which I was delivered. This is false advertising.

I am having zero luck getting Blinds 2 Go UK to respond to my query, Their online tools dont work, Online chat does not work, Phone number does not work, emails are not replied to and it looks like my order has been misplaced, But I cant them to communicate with me, hence my terrible review. Based on their lack of aftersales service all I can assume is that they are a bunch of amateurs ??

Ordered blinds based on website stating delivery would be 14-21 days. Email confirmation delivery date is nearer 6 weeks. No response so far to email question

Supposed to arrive today. Informed last night it will now be May. No information regarding this until yesterday. No other option offered or compensation. Pretty bad service
