Ordered 4 faux wood blinds. Should have 22cm between tape ladders.. 2 have and are correct . Other 2 have 32cm between tape ladders. When I rang they said it was correct. As blinds are smaller this means less tape. I get that but gap shouldn't be wider surely.. After constant ringing I have a anastasia sorting it for me but have to have diff blinds for smaller 2

Recent experience of @blinds2go ▶️20/03 order placed (Delivery 3-5 days) ▶️25/03 email, slight delay, delivery now 30/03 (yday) ▶️31/03 (Today) Phone call, they don't have material in stock! ▶️Now waiting 5 days for refund! 🔴If you want #blinds to go avoid @blinds2go

DO NOT BUY from this company! They have messed us around for months and months and never ever delivered what we ordered. Absolutely awful customer service! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Be careful when ordering! I clicked on perfect fit blinds and the website kicks out back to venetians after placing each item in basket. I now have 10 venetian blinds that I can not use and can't send back!

My son ordered a roller blind, they sent the wrong size it was to short, so emailed them sent photos of the blind next to a measuring tape to show they sent wrong size to what we asked for, couple of weeks later they sent another blind but is was exactly the same size to what they had sent him before, so phoned customer service and after sending more photos, even photo of window with measuring tape the girl on the phone said she had ordered it again, couple of weeks later blind came OMG!! It was the exactly the same size of the other two, so he has three blinds that are no good to him. We have asked for a refund but they won’t give refund only 30% off our next order, what a joke when we have given them three Chances to get our order right. We have three blinds that is no good for us so will end up at the tip. shame as I have used them a few times before but never again. We are seeking advice on how to get our money back.

Return and support are very poor. If you made any mistake you just end up 5 wooden blinds no good for you. They only offer 25% offer for next order. But what I’m going to do with this one. You really need to do something better for support. Never recommend.

I ordered the chalkwhite grain and smoke faux wood blinds which are held together with rows of vertical cotton tapes. When they arrived, the tapes had been attached in such a state that when the blind is pulled up the fabric gathers in a crumpled mess. Customer services was most unhelpful and told me that this is how the blind should look and there was nothing wrong with the poor standard of these blinds. No where on the website does it show the blind pulled up. I have ordered several blinds over the years from this company, but the quality has definitely gone downhill.

Ordered 120 x 120 Venetian blind on 24/11/21. Had various emails saying delayed. On 17/12/21 rang company who checked and came back to say ready for dispatch. Received further email on 20/12/21 to say delayed again estimated dispatch now 20/12/21. Rang them again and they were unable to confirm dispatch date therefore I cancelled order and required refund. Will never use them again. Only gave 1 star as couldn’t give nil.

Stay away from this unprofessional company who have no idea where product's are or when they are going to be delivered. No managers ever available to escalate.

Recess blinds 8mm shorter than what was ordered, so does not fit. Was told it was within their tolerances.

They sent a faulty blind, I sent images and vids, they told me they would replace and now they deny receiving the images or telling me they agreed!!! Total sham company with zero honesty or cusstomer care. There are good other options out there - Swift Blinds are FAR better - neever had one single issue and I own rentals so I have used several. AVOID!!!!

Measured - remeasured - had somebody else measure - and confirmed our sizing requirements : the blind supplied is too small and does not fit into the supplied fixtures : remeasured to confirm original measurements were correct : contacted customer services - who suggested drilling more holes in the wall in a different place - particularly unhelpful - saying the blind supplied is correct - IT IS NOT - it does not fit - I was planning to order more - I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN - and would recommend that anybody I know or reads this does the same - 0 out of 10 for product and service

Don’t buy here if you have any problem with your product they won’t provide any solution once you have paid. This is a health and safety issue. The fact that Blinds2Go are not providing us a solution is putting us at risk. When the blinds were ordered the cord came too short. The windows are quite tall and it is impossible to reach the cord. The issue is that one of the windows are in the stairwell, and we have to use a chair to climb on to it to reach the cord(which is quite dangerous and we already fell once quite badly) and the other in the kitchen on top of the counter, si again we need to use a chair to climb on top of the counter to reach the cord. The solution is as easy as order new longer cords, but can only be from the same manufacturer. We have been calling customer service FIVE times in the last two months. Every time they promise they have processed and order to send us new longer cords in about a week. We have received NOTHING. They haven’t even post them!! Every time I call I spend quite a long time waiting on the phone and explaining, they make false promises, and then nothing received. It is an absolute scam. After all this time waiting with no solution the only thing I feel I can do is alert everybody that they won’t provide any support if you have a problem with your blinds. So AVOID!! If we have a severe accident they will be in trouble as we will sue them and make them responsible for it.

installation and look of the blinds are fine when they first went up. 6 months later 2 of the 10 sets have had the knot which keeps the open / close cord in place has came loose / out and trying to re-attach it is an absolute nightmare! removing the small circlip without breaking it then feeding the now worn cord all the way through each blind-attachment, then re-knotting it in place and putting it all back then trying to put the end bracket back on without it breaking (along with the circlip) is time consuming and soul destroying - these things need to be either better secured so they don't come out or better access to re-attach, very disappointed after the money spent and problems now after such a small amount of time in use.

Awful company, awful customer service. We ordered blinds from Binds to go and they delivered to the wrong address (no big deal, everyone makes mistakes). The problem started when they delivered to the same address on two additional occasions without changing the address. They then advised on the 4th attempt, that we could get a refund or pick them up ourselves. Waste of time dealing with them - very incompetent.
