Really disappointed. I’ve ordered multiple blinds from this company in the past, and was so so happy with them. The quality, and measurements were spot on, and super easy to put up. However, now we are redecorating we have ordered 2 blackout roller blinds. Which both came with so much fabric removed from the measurements I supplied (over an inch off either side!), they are not fit for purpose as blackout blinds, because they let so much light in! Complained to the company and the response was basically that they are the right size and there’s nothing wrong with them. I’m sorry, but if I order blackout blinds, I want no light coming in, that’s the whole meaning of blackout?! This is false advertising.

It take ages between order and arrival. Even when they stated that is ready 27.03.21 I check progress week after and 08.04.21 and still not being send. Overall time from being ready and arrival 16 days .overall time from order date to arrive 5 weeks. Stay AWAY.

I placed an order for a single blind on the 20th February 2021 and still haven’t received it (09/04/2021) - I have emailed, tweeted and used messenger but still no reply when I was assured it would arrived by 31st March. Would never order from this company again.

The worst customer service iv have ever… The worst customer service iv have ever found. Ordered £59 single blind for a door. What turned up was completely different that the picture sample shown on their web site. Pattern was 4 times smaller than shown on web site. Phone several times and they will not refund but can only give me 25% off next order. Which I defo will not order from them again. Pictures below. They say their picture on web site are a digital image and not a true representation of the blind ! Which says it all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will be wasting a lot of money

Customer service terrible .tried to amend order 3 days later considering it was Easter weekend I ordered then asked to pay another 50 percent on top .would never purchase from them again

Duo blinds came, thought I had ordered the same blinds as my son, his we’re really nice hence ordering, the ones I ordered by mistake are cheap, not easy to fit and look so bad on my patio doors that had to take them down, thought they were the same as price was the same.

Long delivery times (1month plus!!) Very unhelpful when things go wrong and apparently i have no rights and unable to return or refund. Disgraceful and horrible customer service as it is never their fault and customers have to take the cost no matter what.

Ordered a roller blind in sevilla fabric twilight blue as I had already got a sample and was happy with the color. Recieved Bahamas fabric in night sky blue. I complained. Was told in an email that the website product names are different to the warehouse product names despite being the same product 🤨 How does that make any sense whatsoever? And they are happy to send me a sample of the twilight blue sevilla to show me its exactly the same as Bahamas night sky blue which it clearly isn't. Don't trust this company. Shop somewhere else. I am still trying to resolve the issue but so far I'm not impressed with their customer service trying to weasel out of responsibility for their mistake.

Ordered my blinds on boxing day 2020. They sent me a confirmation email to say my order would be processed. They were supposed to be due end of feb. End of feb came and went and still no contact from this company at all about my order. Had to call them a few times and they said they would call me back but never did. Then into an email stating my blinds would be ready and of may! The original email where I can track my order still shows that they have no stock so I don't think they will arrive by their expected delivery date. The company are rubbish at letting you know when there are supply issues or indeed getting back to you.

The blind arrived and looks cheap and awful. avoid them. no returns.... even when its rubish Blinds 2go cannot be held responsible if you dislike the colour or the general quality of the product.

The blind I ordered was damaged on arrival tried to call them no answer e-mailed them no reply was not happy no way to contact them.

order number BR38021732WB-1 Complete Disaster Blinds2go took the money and supplied no blinds Brexit is blamed but they won`t return the money. They bullied me on the phone the guy said NO refund he didn`t care about the Law , he didn`t know the consumer Act. We got no blinds and lost our money . Do not buy from Blinds2go they have no customer service they don`t respond and are not customer friendly, you will get no blinds and you will loose your money. it`s a worse than a scam They more or less said the blinds might show up but after six weeks late I found out that they had the blinds and the money because the blinds were returned to them by the shipping company do to negligence with paperwork. We have been refused a refund and and will be going to court now with Blinds2go Warning !!! despicable business practice this site does not allow zero stars ( pity )

Measured the window properly....agreed by them that it was their mistake .The roller blind was too short.They attempted to make it again. .low and behold....same blind arrives....too short.This has taken weeks.I have requested a refund on my credit card as they have made the same mistake TWICE.As I was taking a video of them as proof have I noticed that the first wrong one that they had sent had lots of pierce marks. So,if it had fitted it would have been returned anyway.This order has caused a lot of stress and time. Awaiting response from the production team once they look at the video.One thing IS for certain....I WILL get a refund....even if I have to take them to court.Shop locally,I say. Now my blind is being made by a local blind maker....no stress at all.Same price.

BE WARNED!! I wouldn't recommend using Blinds2Go unless you want to be waiting 5 months for your order!! I placed our order with Blinds2Go on the 2nd January, they firstly lost our order after about 12 telephone calls they finally agreed that our order would be re-made. When explaining we need our blinds ASAP they assured me that they would be fast tracked through production. A month goes by and on the 18th March, when our blinds should of been delivered...Still no update. I call Blinds2Go again only to be told that they aren't sure what's happening with my order and will get back to me in 24hrs. After several phone calls and emails later I finally get a response ONE WEEK later. To be told our blinds will be with us by the 31st May due to stock issues. DISGUSTING!! No apology, no offer of compensation and total lack of communication or sympathy! We now have no choice but to wait for our blinds. I feel totally let down, upset and stressed by this whole situation. I would hate for someone to also go through a similar situation as me. NEVER AGAIN!!

We ordered a sample to check colour before ordering a blind and it was grey as per description, we placed the order and then the blind arrived which was green. Customer service was excellent - apologised and checked that they could provide the colour correctly and ordered a replacement with a wait time of up to 21 working days . Heard nothing after 21 days so chased to be told they couldn’t complete the order because they had no stock of correct colour. This is the frustrating part as we were told they had checked they could supply and have just wasted 8 weeks of our time. Hope the refund arrives although quoted 48 hrs to get authorised and the 5 working days for processing - speedy

Absolutely horrendous service, ordered a blind 29th January, dispatch date kept getting bumped forward eventually received the blind on the 26th February, damaged not fit for purpose. I reported the issue immediately and they requested I send pictures of the damage which I did and since the 4th March NOBODY from this company has reverted to me despite several follow up emails. Avoid avoid avoid, spend your money elsewhere, there are plenty of businesses out there that deserve it more that this crowd.

I orders some blinds back on 24/01/2021. I'm still yet to recive them, I have had 3 emails delaying them. I've now been informed a delay still with the products won't be dispatched until 21/06/2021. On their website is states 14 to 21 working days for delivery if not give or take a few days. So I'm rather annoyed. The blinds I've ordered are still being sold with 14 to 21 days and in reality it is 5 months.

Followed their instructions for measuring of blinds, i checked, checked, & triple checked, the blinds arrived 45 mm too short, i contacted the company, & they said, we cannot take them back, but you can purchase some more for a discounted price. What sort of customer service is that ? they make the error, & you have to pay for another set of blinds. Be very careful when dealing with this company.
