“Arrived on time, nicely packed easy to install. Only complaint was that the chain was too short. The blind was for a bathroom window and it too short to reach easily over bathroom fixtures to window”

“The colours are as expected and the blind looks good in the bathroom. It was easier to fit than others we have had. Unfortunately our window reveal is not quite square so it was difficult to get the blind to draw up properly but that's not the blind's fault! Very pleased.”

“Lovely quality blinds, the Roman Click2go blinds are excellent, our windows are small, they wouldn’t be ideal for large windows, which we were aware of! They would have got 5 stars but customer services when we were unhappy with the roller blind was less than satisfactory!”

“I previously purchased a small roman blind with no issues with both the roman blind and the click2go rail, hence further purchases last month. I purchased roman blinds for 2 large windows and 1 smaller window along with the rails. Delivery was great, well packaged, slightly creased upon opening the box, but did steam out, but panic set in when I went to put the rails into the window, the smaller one was fine, unfortunately, the two larger ones were the exact measurement of the windows, no allowance had been made on the rails so would not fit to click into place. Panic set in but my very handy husband cut them both down and both clicked into place, panic over 😮‍💨. Happy with the finished product but had to drop one star because both rails had to be altered.”

“Ordering was very easy, took a while for the blinds to arrive but the tracker meant that we knew when they would arrive. Easy to install. I am not sure the quality matched the price tag but overall I am happy with the blinds.”

“Blinds are brilliant,instructions are not good,and not detailed enough especially how you 'lay out ' the rails,its so easy to have everything ready to go and the you find the outside contours that the corner bracket fixes onto is round the wrong way,you have them on the inside, instead of the outside and its so frustrating.”

“I ordered 3 blinds initially and was pleased with them.Then I ordered one more and the last one was very different...lots of the fittings were different from the others with no instructions in the box or online to fit the top strip cover( I used velcro in the end to attach to the blind). The blind itself looked more plastic than wood and had four lines of cord running down instead of three. It was in the 30% sale but had I been made aware it was so different from the first ones I had ordered I would have paid the extra to have the same quality. Needs to be more transparent description when ordering Sale items.”

“Blinds are to our taste - they are nice however we purchased 2 sets that were ordered identical in size yet one set seems too long and the other set the pelmet was a fair bit longer than ordered so required cutting, one of the blinds doesn’t tilt as well as the other as the cabling is either too long or too loose. Other than this the price was good, delivered when expected and they are up and working okay.”

“The delivery of the blind was a lot quicker than I had expected which was great! The blind is good quality and looks fab in my kitchen. Wasn’t super easy to install, but some of that was due to the position of the window itself. No screws supplied which was odd, but all in all a good experience and very good product! Thank you. Would recommend and buy again.”
