Followed their instructions for measuring of blinds, i checked, checked, & triple checked, the blinds arrived 45 mm too short, i contacted the company, & they said, we cannot take them back, but you can purchase some more for a discounted price.
What sort of customer service is that ? they make the error, & you have to pay for another set of blinds.
Be very careful when dealing with this company.
