They bullied me on the phone the guy said NO refund he didn`t care about the Law , he didn`t know the consumer Act. We got no blinds and lost our money . Do not buy from Blinds2go they have no customer service they don`t respond and are not customer friendly, you will get no blinds and you will loose your money. it`s a worse than a scam They more or less said the blinds might show up but after six weeks late I found out that they had the blinds and the money because the blinds were returned to them by the shipping company do to negligence with paperwork. We have been refused a refund and and will be going to court now with Blinds2go Warning !!! despicable business practice this site does not allow zero stars ( pity )
