Awful service. I have spent a week trying to contact this company regarding a faulty blind I have received. Multiple emails, Facebook messages and online chat. No correspondence and no acknowledgement. Absolutely atrocious after sales service. Plus the blinds are poor quality and toggles etc very cheap and plastic. They blame Covid but we are currently renovating our house and all other companies have fab customer service.

Terrible service! Ordered 5 blinds, 2 were lost in delivery (UPS), but eventually arrived. However, the box was very damaged as we're both blind and a bag of fixings missing. I've sent a detailed email (with photo evidence) and copied that on their chat channel yesterday. No answer. The chat channel is sporadically attended. I have recieved no reply, no offer of repair /replacement. Just awful.

Placed a special telephone order for louvres only for vertical blinds. Told to phone to pay after having checked measurements. Impossible to contact. No phone, emails and chat line ignored. Has firm ceased trading?

I ordered 2 vertical blinds, both rail are badly assembled by the company, many of strips hanging in different angle, not closing properly. I do not get help from the customer service. They do not reply.

ordered some Velux blackout blinds, GGL and GPL MK04. the GPL MK04 was much pricer than the GGL even though they the same size. when they finally arrived, the GGL MK04 did not fit as the rail was too short. interesting both GPL and GGL models fit either window, so the additional cost is just because the GPL is a more expensive window from Velux as it pivots and opens. when I contacted blinds2go on the phone on a Friday (day of delivery) the adviser tried to say ordered the wrong model and even got me to measure the glass. I, in fact, ordered the right on, I was then told to send proof of the window and codes and blinds not fitting, I did this while on the phone to the adviser via the email address provided. After a good few days, I had not heard anything and sent another email, still no reply, then rang them again... phone lines turned off. spoke to the online chat agent who was somewhat helpful, but took forever to reply to messages and took over an hour to open the chat lines up. As I was ignored on 2 emails and no action had been taken by the telephone agent, I was then accused I ordered the wrong ones and went through the whole thing again. I asked for only the rails to be sent out but could I have next day delivery. im still waiting for a response to my email and my rails. Really disappointed in this companies attitude I have used them a number of times but will try a competitor now, as it's not the mistakes but how they deal with them and try to blame the customer for the wrong item sent. and to blame COVID I think is a terrible excuse. I would avoid until COVID is over if that's the case. Shame once a good compmay ruined by poor customer service.

Awful customer service, don't believe all of the fake reviews on the other websites. I've ordered (stupidly) multiple times from them and have received nothing but awful customer service, 6 months in my one order has not arrived, they keep sending the wrong other items and take weeks to reply. AVOID

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They don’t even bother to contact you if you have a problem. The colour of the slatted blinds on the website no way match those delivered. Still waiting after one week for their cos dept to reply or acknowledge the issue. Do NOT bother. In the past great products and service what’s gone wrong? Buy elsewhere for peace of mind, when you are spending a lot of money.

Placed my order beginning of January, still not had blinds despite saying one blind was in stock and they keep putting delivery date back every week. Now saying March. No answer on the phone or replies to emails. They have nearly £200 of my money paid upfront. Given a bit of leeway due to the situation we are in but this just isn't acceptable. Every other order I have placed online with other suppliers have had no problems whatsoever. Frustrated :-(

Waisted hours of my time chasing up this company only got them to deliver item to wrong address.... twice. Over a month late and still no blinds. Awful company Order Reference: B37311017WB-1

Do not bother with these.... absolutely useless waste of time and effort. Over 6 weeks waiting for delivery and they are still unable to provide my address correctly to UPS. Zero effort from so called customer care.

Dont bother. Non existent customer service, they take weeks to respond to a simple question, didnt bother replying at all when I made a complaint and you cant get through on the phone. I mis calculated the measurements, my error, and they took 2 weeks to respond and flatly refused to assist me - £80 down the drain. I would have paid for them to alter it but they sent me to lines to say no. Shocking service

Dont bother. Customer service is abysmal to non existent, they take weeks to respond to a message and you cant get through to anybody on the phone, just dont answer. Blind took 2 weeks longer than estimated to arrive and when it did come it didnt fit (my error) but that just flatly refused to assist.

Ordered 4 Roller Blinds on Dec 29th and they still have not arrived. Emailed company and was told they would arrive within 2 days this was almost a month ago now. No reply from their phone number either!!! Paid in full on order. Really annoyed with this service.

Blinds to go .ie ..tryed to comtact blinds to go .ie about order i was meant to get for xmass ..its now febuary the 8 th still no blinds or even an email..they take your money and leave you guessing when your going to receive..pluss im ringing all day and phones are off ..horrible company to deal with ..worse experience ever .. id never use online services from this company ..asked to be refunded and still not reimbursed..

No sign of the blinds I ordered in mid-December. Been delayed 4 times now. Meant to be dispatched today but having received no emails, and having spoken to someone on live chat just now, now being told there's another delay. Feel like I get told the same thing every week with no honest answers. Honestly sick of this!!!

I ordered a blind back in December, first didn't work and locked up, second one arrived looking like a banana, so still not got a blind after 2 months waiting.

Not as ordered/poor customer service. I selected pure white shutter blinds and they came as a cream colour. The blinds are no way near the quality of the ones I have from a professional supplier. The shutters move in 4 parts which wasn't mentioned on the details and I wouldn't of chosen them if I had known, the shutters are also very stiff to move. I emailed customer service twice about my queries but get no response.

I’ve always got my blinds from here with no issue ... received my latest set of Roman blinds and there is two joins in it, which is fine but one of the joins are that poor they have left me with a big white line down the left hand side ... I’ve been in contact with them .. they will no provide a replacement or refund. Disgusting customer service . Will not be using them again Wont let me upload a photo of it on here ??

Ordered blinds for Christmas in November and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Received no updates, sent multiple emails requesting an update. Finally received a very abrupt response today from customer service indicating blinds had been dispatched, no apology nor explanation. Terrible experience.

Utterly Terrible service to end a terrible year. Website is misleading, placed an order worth over £200 in November to arrive on or before Christmas guaranteed as stated on their website!! The day after dispatch is intended I receive an email to say my blinds will not arrive till January 25th. This is not ideal and I requested a refund and now feel barriers are being put up by blinds2go, I am so stressed having to deal with emails that get ignored and no where closer to receiving my refund. Why are you making it so difficult?? How can blinds2go keep my money since November, not inform me they did not have the material in stock prior to dispatch and now make me jump through hurdles to get a refund. I have asked to raise a complaint but this request has gone ignored. Awful service and please be assured I will not be using your services in future or recommend you and I was a loyal customer of yours too! Please can someone kindly update me on my refund.
