“I purchased two sets of white cube storage a 9 and a 6 to outfit a utility space! The units arrived in good time, well packed and took 30 minutes to put together. All fittings supplied, all pre drilled work done in correct place. Sturdy storage when screwed together and secured. Also fitted the cubes with 4 x drawers and 6 x pull out linen boxes, all good.”

“The item arrived quickly - it looks decent quality but husband found it a little tricky to put together and he’s very experienced in flat pack assembly. It would’ve been better if the wheels/legs on the slide out laptop tray had breaks to secure it more but other than that Im happy with the product”

“Ordered a radiator cabinet which arrived as the incorrect product on 5th November. This was supposed to be collected so I could get a refund and on the 16th November (day of writing) the item is still sat siting for collection!! Numerous emails of promise and nothing has came of it. Now raise a PayPal case and as it’s not been collected today, this case is now being escalated. Terrible customer service.”

“Issues with the first delivery did not include all items and item that was received was damaged and had to be returned. This process to resolve this was very quick and straightforward. Nothing but praise for the Customer service operative (Samantha) who went above and beyond to deal with my complaint. A company’s service is measured not just by when everything goes well but also when something goes slightly wrong. I would have no hesitation in shopping with the BFW again.”

“The product itself was/is very good despite the fact that the instructions could be so much better HOWEVER when I purchased this cube storage unit I ordered cream fabric storage boxes. What arrived were WHITE boxes. When I queried this I was told they didn’t sell cream they sold off white. That’s a trade description issue in my opinion and they have therefore got my sale by default. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere and the company so far are relatively unconcerned and only offering a 10% refund....£1.39!!! Unbelievable and so very disappointing.”
