“The item I ordered is of very poor quality. It looks cheap and awful. Also the flatpack came in two separate boxes delivered on different days”

“I found the whole process very easy . I found the product I was after looked at the colour options available and then chose which one I required and ordered it . I was then kept up to date with regular emails and was really pleased it all took less than 5 days to arrive and so easy to assemble and looks great in the room it was purchased for .
