The product itself was/is very good despite the fact that the instructions could be so much better HOWEVER when I purchased this cube storage unit I ordered cream fabric storage boxes. What arrived were WHITE boxes. When I queried this I was told they didn’t sell cream they sold off white. That’s a trade description issue in my opinion and they have therefore got my sale by default. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere and the company so far are relatively unconcerned and only offering a 10% refund....£1.39!!! Unbelievable and so very disappointing.
