“I purchased a printer for my flue gas analyser my order was cancelled due to not being in stock and no longer available.I never received any notification regarding this cancellation and had to follow up with an email to check the status of my order it was only then I found out that the order was cancelled. I was then informed I should receive a refund within 5 days of my email ( not the date of cancellation) and over a week later I still haven’t received any refund. I again emailed this morning and now after 5pm I still haven’t had a response. I understand things can go wrong but I am waiting for the refund so I can purchase elsewhere. Unfortunately I am not overly impressed.”

“Made a phone call before placing my order as I wanted 154 valves and 154 inserts. They confirmed they had the stock. Placed the order and the items were delivered the next day. You couldn’t ask for anymore. Thanks to the unsung heroes that can make this happen.”
