“Easy to follow website, and good product, well-packaged. Delivery was also fine... apart from the fact that the delivery email said that 2 bits of pipe insulation had to be signed-for with an 8am to 6pm delivery slot (not weekends) which was never going to be a possibility! I wasn't out for long on the day suggested, so risked it ... and they left it for me anyway. Phew! Option to take responsibility for left packages would be far less stressful!”
