“Don't be fooled by there next day delivery it's misleading it happened with me 3 times twice 3rd day and ones even later when I spoke to customer service they say that we can't do anything we have dispatched goods my argument is best uses what ever courier company if they are advising next day then it should be next day not happy with there service”

“Unfortunately the delivery of DX does not give you a time line only 8-6pm unless. You pay extra for a specific time costs of carriers I appreciate are expensive but I feel they could give an approximate delivery time . Other companies give this service so I would rather another delivery company although when it was delivered the gentleman was very polite and in his open time line.”
