“I ordered a room thermostat. It was delivered the next day. Wow. The thermostat was exactly what I ordered. Perfect. The price was also very competitive, with free delivery as it cost more than £50. I highly recommend ordering from BES”

“Item was incorrectly delivered by DPD (to a completely wrong address 2 miles from my house!) but I called BES and they were so helpful and offered a refund or replacement item. Very good customer service from them. (Shame about DPD) but BES couldn’t have been more helpful.”
