“I have ordered many times from BES as they always have what I want at reasonable prices. This week I ordered a couple of flow reducing isolation valves and, as usual, they arrived the next day. I was waiting on them for a job and opened the pack immediately. Shock horror, one was damaged. A quick phone call to Customer Services and a new one was in the post arriving 19 hours later. No fuss, no quibble, just great service. Excellent.”

“The delivery service UPS which BES uses is the worse postage service and in past several times I received delivery after 3 or 4 days not next day. The main reason I was using BES was because of the next day delivery which UPS can't provide it. I use to order regularly from BES , its all OK and still I do order but not as much as before .”
