“No probs with BES but sack your carrier UPS They are useless Took 4 days to deliver an item on Next Day service Good customer service if you live in Mexico Give me Dpd any day Thanks”

“Always a good experience with BES, great catalogue esp when it comes to gas. If the merchants don’t have it these guys always do. Communication is great with AP dates before you expect them. Thanks team B”

“From start to completion a good and comprehensive service. Detailed website shows related products for a project without being obtrusive on the webpage. Used many times for refurbishment and redevelopment projects but have not engaged with customer service : transactions are smooth.”

“Very happy with my replacement advocet chrome handles. They replaced some very tatty old white ones which i could not replace because of a screw distance of 163cm. These are smart and new and were eay to swap over. Thank you.”
