“I am a regular customer not very good service when collecting goods at the trade counter many times i hva been waiting up to hours also no washroom facilities. Need to have vending machines access to hot beverage.”

Regarding our 'collection point' we have made the area as comfortable as possible with the physical space that we have on site. However, we take on board your comments and we will further explore your suggestions. “Normally a great end to end service but i expected to recieve my recent order the next day or the day after (Sat) but that didnt happen until Monday when i was leaving :( . Only 8mm pipe clips but nessesary for the job. Always supernice customer service.”

“I was finding difficulty sourcing Conex Banninger Press fit. BES stocked a wide variety of fittings including some less common shapes. They were all delivered promptly with none out of stock. Very happy and will be my supplier of first choice.”

“BES delivers as they said. I ordered on Saturday but chose the next working day delivery option because I needed it before the following Tuesday. True to word it arrived at 10am on Monday. Now that’s service which other British suppliers should take notice of.”

“I did a bit of research and reviews looked good. Found a Siemens product which suited my needs. Website was good to navigate to where I wanted and the payment went through smoothly. Delivery was fast and all works well.”

“company is ok but delivery courier DPD were shocking. Refused to deliver item unless I opened front door to take photo-no thanks. Left message saying I was out and couldn't deliver item. phoned BES and asked for refund on item - not their fault just let down by usuless courier service”

Hi Colin Yates, thank you for your feedback. A photograph of the successfully delivered parcel has become standard practice for most couriers to help prevent disputes between customers, businesses and couriers (when a signature is not required). On the whole this process works for most people. Of course we will process your refund once the goods are returned, given your courier was unable to deliver on this occasion. Regards, BES
