“It was easy to order a U16 gas box. It came well packaged and in good time. I haven't unpacked or inspected the item yet, as hard to do on my own. I'll wait till the new box is fitted.”

“I contacted BES the Monday after Christmas as our hot water tank burst Boxing Day. We has already tried to shop locally for a new tank but everywhere was closed for the Xmas break. BES responded to my request for a new tank promptly and professionally. The very kind lady who took my call checked to see if they had the tank in stock and informed me it would be delivered the next day. The tank was delivered as promised and we were told what time to expect delivery. BES certainly saved our day! Thank you.”
