“Very poor service I ordered an item to delivery company could not find it so they dropped it off at a very inconvenient drop-off point I complained to be us and they have done absolutely nothing about it.”

Alot of our customer like the DPD pickup/drop-off facility for the convenience, if nobody is at home to take delivery. “I ordered this a subsequently realised it was the wrong product to retrofit insulation to a previously installed condenser pipe. Excellent customer service from BES who arranged collection and full refund of my purchase. Really impressed, and will certainly use this company again. Thank you BES”
