“Bought a few things from here, either direct or through suppliers (who get them faster). Quality and price all good. We also find their invoicing works well with our job management software https://proworks.app/ All integrates nicely. Fully recommend ordering with them.”

“Product arrived promptly and was as specified. I am concerned regarding an attempted fraudulent transaction on my account and its possible correlation with a previous purchase from BES about a year ago. I purposely limit my electronic payments as I am sensitive to the possibility of fraud surrounding electronic monetary transactions. This most recent transaction was executed online. The previous transaction was via a phone operative I believe.”

Upon investigation we can see that your delivery was successful at the 3rd attempt (Fri 28th Nov. at 11.38hrs) The courier ignored instructions to leave your package in the agreed safe place on the previous attempts. We are really sorry about what happened and of course we have logged and escalated with our courier. Apologies. BES

“Courier services terrible managed to deliver 3rd time lucky with lots of phone calls, order was thrown in a box and delivered dented and loose, Customer services very slow at replying, still waiting for a response, no urgency what so ever”
