“Been with BES well over Ten years now. The service just keeps getting better. Rare problems have always I dealt with promptly and efficiently. If I were to have one small gripe, it would be that they don't stock the multitude of uncommon plumbing parts they used to. But I understand that it doesn't make business sense these days”

Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your delivery took 5 days to arrive to Aberdeenshire. We advertise on our website and in our catalogue that deliveries to northern Scotland from Birmingham will usually take 2-3 days. Our service levels are actually very high and so it is a shame that on this occasion you have experienced a slight delay for your order to Aberdeenshire. Apologies. BES
