“Made a phone call before placing my order as I wanted 154 valves and 154 inserts. They confirmed they had the stock. Placed the order and the items were delivered the next day. You couldn’t ask for anymore. Thanks to the unsung heroes that can make this happen.”

“Wouldn’t order again next day delivery turned in to 4 days delivery ended up cancelling the order and buying it cheaper elsewhere and actually got next day delivery!!”

Good afternoon Gordon, I apologise you have not received next day delivery, as stated on our website we offer our next day delivery service for UK mainland if ordered before 9pm, this could mean if you live outside the UK you could expect a delay of 2 to 3 days. Kind Regards, BES Ltd.

“Ordered 4 items, 2 arrived but 2 were to follow, nothing mentioned on order had to phone to find out the items won’t be shipped for another 2 weeks. Not BES usual standard. Not really acceptable.”

“I payed for per 10am delivery, the item didn’t turn up. I rang the office to be told I will be with me by 12.30 so I got two of my guys to drive to the job to be told at 2oclock the brackets would not be delvered that day by quite a rude person on the phone. This issue has cost me £500. I wanted to make an official complaint and was told I would be rang back by a manager and still have not had a call.”

“The product was good and the firm dispatched the goods on time. However the courier that they chose to use let them down. Delivery was due on Tuesday but was not delivered until late afternoon on Wednesday.”
