“I have to say that I was very impressed by the service from BES. My utility cupboard door fitted perfectly and took 3mins to install. I ordered it late afternoon and I received it the next day. I recommended BES to my neighbour.”

“I ordered a TPI printer on 04/10/25 I hadn’t received it and emailed on 08/10/25 and was informed the order had been cancelled. And to expect a refund within 3-5 days ( fair enough these things happen) I have since emailed a further 3 times regarding the refund and I haven’t had a response to any of the emails. I find this lack of communication to be a bit concerning as I am waiting on the refund so I can purchase the newer printer from elsewhere. Again the lack of communication is really frustrating”
