“The last few deliveries have failed to be deivered on the prommised day, let allone the paid delivery early time. The reason we use BES, is nor because of price, many items are significantly more expensive that the competition, but the reliability of delivery. This has significantly deteriated over the last couple of monts to be compleatly unreliable. Because of this, we are foced to use other suppliers that are more reliable for emergency deliveryies. Verry dissapinting, concidering the faultless reliability of the past.”

“BES had the best range of supplies that I needed and their prices are very competative. The parcel was very well wrapped and arrived as per choice when ordering and with a two hour window slot which is excellent as I needed to plan around the delivery, this is the second time that I have ordered from BES and both times I have been impressed with their level of service. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs that I have. They are now my go to company for plumbing materials.”

“I ordered some 28mm compression to 3/4" threaded fittings so I could install some water meters. The product was promptly dispatched by BES. I had some issues with the delivery company but BES were very helpful in resolving this. The product was fit for purpose as expected.”
