“awful, ordered a pre 10:30 and didn't come pre 10:30. The driver claimed he attempted delivery and was never within 1 mile of the site. As result my job fell through and my client went elsewhere as the part required was urgent.”

Hi Alex Thomas, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about what happened. Following investigation DPD have logged your/our complaint. It is classed as a 'non compliant' delivery - not least because no suitable photo was taken of the delivery attempt -the DPD driver will be interviewed . The results of this interview will remain confidential but the outcome will be logged internally within DPD so that service levels meet our necessary requirements. Of course the diamond delivery fee paid will be refunded. Apologies once again. BES Ltd

“Misleading website - ended up ordering the wrong pump and accessories - twice ! Customer service was helpful in returning the order and advising on a better choice. However despite being offerered free postage on an order over £100 this payment was still applied. Clearly some room for improvement !”

“Needed a bung to temporarily block a pipe end. BES was only place i could find it. Ordered it and it was delivered quickly and worked it worked as expected. Very happy”

“Excellent delivery, really good and responsive website but buy cheap but twice! 2/3rds of the connections i purchased leak , come apart under 3 bar pressure and had to be replaced with Plasson parts. I would not recommend these cheaper parts to any body ever”

Please note that the items purchased are manufactured to BS EN 12201. However, we have passed your feedback to our purchasing team. Regards, BES Update Our team noticed that within your order you have ordered Pipestock fittings but pipe stiffeners from the Polypipe range. Rather than the matching Pipestock stiffeners that we stock and are designed for the fittings you have purchased. This will almost certainly explain the leaks you experienced
