“First time ordering and I am really impressed. Price was better than other suppliers and delivery before 10.30am next day was a life Saver as 87 year old parents heating was broken. Great service and communication. Recommend BES to anyone.”

Hi R Nash, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that the BES cardboard packaging got wet, as shown in the photos you've supplied. It is unclear if the courier left your goods outside in the rain, in a safe place but rest assured if your products are damaged in any way by the soggy cardboard we will issue a refund. “Been with BES well over Ten years now. The service just keeps getting better. Rare problems have always I dealt with promptly and efficiently. If I were to have one small gripe, it would be that they don't stock the multitude of uncommon plumbing parts they used to. But I understand that it doesn't make business sense these days”

Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your delivery took 5 days to arrive to Aberdeenshire. We advertise on our website and in our catalogue that deliveries to northern Scotland from Birmingham will usually take 2-3 days. Our service levels are actually very high and so it is a shame that on this occasion you have experienced a slight delay for your order to Aberdeenshire. Apologies. BES
