“Ordered Sunday arrived Monday great service, this was purchased as a direct replacement so should work well. Not fitted yet due to it being in the loft and it's way too hot up there 🥵”

“(My 10 year old gas switchover valve started leaking through the weep hole (the diaphragm had failed)YIKES! Found BES online, they had a great range of hardware so I thought I'd give them a go. I used the simple online ordering system, so can't comment on chat/email/telephone etc Spot on service, price and delivery. Will be using again when the time comes :-)”

“I ordered 2 x Dormus Air Extractors Valves and found BES to be the best company for product choice. Unfortunately the items had to be returned as they were no longer required. I contacted the sales team and they emailed me a DPD return label the very next day. What a great service and company.”
