“Ordered online on a Sunday evening. Earliest stated delivery was on the Tuesday. The order was delivered on the Monday after txt informing me of this . Good product, very good price . Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them . It's a pity more companies aren't the same.”

“I found the item I needed via Google. 1/2" x 3/4" male coupling was the item and believe it or not the item is not in abundance on the web. Clicked on the BES website. Reviewed the item and placed what I needed in the basket. Could not be easier. Communication great and delivery prompt.”

“Delivery did not arrrive - DPD made one attempt outside business hours and no further attempt - now need to re-order causing delays to repair work.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about your delayed delivery with DPD. As soon as we were aware your goods had been returned as damaged, we sent a replacement for delivery the next day. However, you also placed a reorder yourself and this was also delivered by DPD at the same time (today at 13.19) Apologies but if you wish to return the duplicated product please contact our customer services dept. customerservices@bes.co.uk and they will take care of this on your behalf. We are very sorry about the mix up with the courier in relation to your original delivery, thankfully this is very rare. Apologies. BES

“Call to the helpline, explain to the gentleman exactly what I needed, he told me the part required, ordered online picked up within the hour. Easy quick and simple, I was at my wits end looking for this fitting and was so relieved when I got it, wish I had come here first would of saved a lot of time and money, thank you.”
