“It was a day late due to dpd not bothering to try to deliver. Delivery time was between 2.30 & 3.30 the business closes at 5pm...got delivered at 10.30 then next day putting an extra journey & time on the job.”

Thankfully our next day delivery metrics remain very high but sadly we've both been let down on this occasion. “Very Good Service by BES and it was on its way to us the next day Thankyou. DPD involvent is a big mistake as they had my parcel untill Thursday, they told us they had tried to deliver it but we wasnt in which is total lies, i drove to the wearhouse were are parcle was and told the man there that i wasnt leaving without the parcle, he eventuly let me take my parcle. They are one of the worst carriers out there.”

Hi Daniel, thank you. We are really sorry about this. It is very unusual as BES pride themselves on next day delivery. We note that when you placed your order it was stated that the items were out of stock. The items were due into stock the day after you placed your order. Subsequently our supplier has informed that our delivery has been further delayed until 3rd August. Sincere apologies as these delays are not normal for BES and out of our control in exceptional circumstances. Of course we would fully understand if you wanted a refund due to the delay. “These are great flexible pipes. I have a couple connected to my 0ppm water filter and car pressure washer. The only slight improvement would be a straight or rotating coupling at the angled end of the pipe.”

“(My 10 year old gas switchover valve started leaking through the weep hole (the diaphragm had failed)YIKES! Found BES online, they had a great range of hardware so I thought I'd give them a go. I used the simple online ordering system, so can't comment on chat/email/telephone etc Spot on service, price and delivery. Will be using again when the time comes :-)”
