“Trade supplies but really useful for DIYers too. Every conceivable plumbing component next day. How do they do it? Prices are very fair too. e.g. a fairly standard nylon pipe connector as you would expect, less than 50p, but on famous auction site for £7, everyones favourite online warehouse its £10 and the big retail park DIY store a whopping £15! From now on I am blacklisting all the price gougers and sticking with honest traders like BES.”

“A remarkable service. The boiler thermostat and receiver were just what I wanted and expected, so no surprise there. However, I placed the order at 2 on a Sunday afternoon and the items were delivered at 8 the following day. It’s like the order didn’t stop moving! This is a remarkable service: the warehouse is clearly incredibly efficient and the courier is equal to the BES service.”

“I am annoyed & disapointed. I not only advised on line that my item was to be lef & my porch but also advised the man who called me on my mobile to advise my product would be late. I told him & he made a note that the item was to left behind the bin in the part enclosed porch. Instaed it was left with my neighbour who I dont talk to!!”

“The products were okay but very poor delivery.I wasted my time waiting the delivery. The driver never tried to do delivery .He just uploaded a picture of backside of building and I received a email that they missed me and needs to go to pick up my parcel 30 minutes away from my address. I went to pick up and the shopkeeper didn't want to give me my order because he said is not coming in app and other time I need to pay a fee to pick up. I am sorry to write that but this is realty.”
