“I've bought a few things from BES. My last order came damaged. I thought here we go. Nightmare to follow. After a short phone call to returns, I was instructed to send a photo of the damaged goods. Next day a replacement arrived. No stress or hassle. Great service. Will use again.”

“Amazing service once again. BES is now my go to. By time you put your order in online, and drive down it's ready, now they have halved collection time to 30 minutes. The guy at collections Ali, is really on top of the job and great customer service skills, top man.”

“Item was despatched quickly and arrived next day. Unfortunately gauge on valve stuck whist setting pressure so we are now unable to know if we have 1 or 10 bar. Will look to replace with something more reliable.”

“Amazingly rapid response and follow up. Got needed valves the very next day! Stop cocks are perfect replacement for old ones and have fitted easily. I hope they might be more resistant to damage by scaling as the originals. So good a service I am now making a repeat order. Thanks”
