“First time customer. Took 2 deliveries over 3 days to get all the 'next day' order. Broken part delivered. Three emails to report problem - no response. Two calls to 'customer service' - both cut off as I tried to explain the issue and see if a return or refund is possible. It's clear you don't want to resolve the issue - so I won't be using you or recommending you in the future.”

“Tuesday morning electric power kept tripping on RCD, traced the fault to a faulty zone valve for the hot water, ordered the valve at 12.40, delivered before noon the next day, excellent service and heating back up and running.”

“I placed my order at lunch time and I received it mid-morning the next day, with their standard delivery. I have been using this company for years and find this is consistent. Just to break from tradition, have a look on Google Earth at their business unit. It sits in the shadow of spaghetti junction, yet the green landscape is impressive.”
