“Have used BES in the past,couldn't fault products and service,but on this occasion there were issues with faulty products and delivery,main reason for using BES is next day delivery,on this order it took working days,courier was more at fault than BES”

“I am a regular customer not very good service when collecting goods at the trade counter many times i hva been waiting up to hours also no washroom facilities. Need to have vending machines access to hot beverage.”

Regarding our 'collection point' we have made the area as comfortable as possible with the physical space that we have on site. However, we take on board your comments and we will further explore your suggestions. Please note that all collections are ready within 30 minutes, this allows the required time for processing and picking from our vast warehouse that stores the huge BES product range. Regards, BES

“Normally a great end to end service but i expected to recieve my recent order the next day or the day after (Sat) but that didnt happen until Monday when i was leaving :( . Only 8mm pipe clips but nessesary for the job. Always supernice customer service.”

“I was finding difficulty sourcing Conex Banninger Press fit. BES stocked a wide variety of fittings including some less common shapes. They were all delivered promptly with none out of stock. Very happy and will be my supplier of first choice.”
