“Everything was received in good order thank you. I was rather disappointed that it took two days to arrive. I understand times are difficult at the moment but If delivery is going to take two days please tell customers. Did need these parts quickly and that's why I ordered them from you expecting them to be delivered the following day Many thanks Malcolm Morris”

“The service is very good, the product, (flue basket), wasn't square with the mounting lugs not parallel, even after bending and re-shaping). There's 2 lots of quality control missed here, one by the manufacturer and by the supplier, hence only 4 stars.”
