“after buying a toilet seat from another company and finding it didnt fit even though supposed to be universal i found Bes . Thank goodness i did, the seat is a really good quality and the fitting was genuinely simple. it doesnt shift around and is slow closing. I recommend this company , quick service and perfect product.”

“I'm a first-time customer, and all went very well, except that three sets of necessary nuts and bolts were missing from the order. All fixed very quickly, though, when I contacted BES. The original order was dispatched immediately, and arrived the very next day.
