“Following a failed galvanised connection on my 28 year old bore hole domestic water supply I found myself in a dilemma as to fix it. I stripped out all of the old galvanised fittings much of which were on the point of failure / blockage! As I am on currently on lockdown, a local solution / supply was essential. A quick troll on the internet found BES who supplied me with replacement parts in 316 stainless steel in under 24 hours, delivered to the door!! What excellent service both from Sarah who took the enquiry to the UPS delivery driver. Thank you John & Dawn MacQueen”
