“Good customer service and products. Excellent late order up to 7pm and delivered before estimated time. One problem was a missing washer for the meter union but I had spares. Overall would recommend.”

Dear Sir/Madam, Please contact us (BES) urgently as we have tried unsuccessfully to call you on several occasions. Our courier tried to deliver but as there was no answer your goods have been waiting at a collection point for 6 days. If they are not collected very soon your order will be returned to BES. “would appreciate a cheaper delivery option when don't need next day. Also found the offer of free postage on orders over £50 misleading - all prices on site are quoted with VAT yet the £50 has to be before VAT..! otherwise all good”

“The free next day delivery has never failed me - even off the beaten track in Cumbria. My last order was with me before lunchtime. I used to think BES had everything in terms of unusual plumbing fittings, so was surprised that the on-line catalogue no longer includes swept elbows or 15 or 22mm copper olives. Some of the items I did order were on back order. Now that my order is well over a week ago, I would have liked an email to let me know when I can expect those items. Instead, I have had two emails asking me to review BES!”

“I ordered some small standard items. They came quickly and undamaged. That is what I expect from a good web-based organisation. Surely you don't need to know this. If you insist on deluging people with review requests, at least make it quick.”
