“Website, service and product were all fine, but the amount of packaging was ridiculous - a large box to deliver two screws and plugs. Turns out they'd lobbed in a thick catalogue and other bits of paper. No wonder I had to pay a fiver for delivery.”

“Very prompt delivery and friendly service. Only one complaint, the description of the product I bought is not totally clear. I was looking for a 1/8"BSP bar. Description was 1/8"BSP rod. How ever a 1/8"BSP tube was delivered. Picture shown was a drawing of a threaded bar, no hole indicated. I was able to adapt the tube by tapping out and screwed into to it another thread bar so job done.”
