Delivery was delayed due to the courier. When eventually my soil pipes arrived packing was torn and scuffed and the sockets of the pipe badly scuffed. Would suggest extra packing around the tops would have been helpful to avoid damage. When I order again will buy plain pipe and separate sockets bends I bought came in a box. Would normally have given 5* as not been let down on delivery before but full marks for team in form of Jane who was v helpful. I was compensated with a discount which was much appreciated.
