“The product Honeywell which I got them are OK. But the delivery in some case and reply emial is take long time like the recently Purchase Order Number 100338807 for Honeywell XS100 30 pcs, there is no reply for AWB. I already transfer the payment on April 9,2020 please check for me.”

“Item arrived quickly and product was exactly what I ordered. Delivered by UPS but unfortunately must have thrown around and dropped. The two tubs of floor tile cement were loose in a cardboard box with no wrapping. On tub had split and leaked out in the box. Fortunately I was able to use it immediately so there was minimal loss although it was messy.”

“BES organised the immediate delivery of the 12 Stadium soffit vents which I ordered, so no complaint there. (See Order No.2674689). However whilst I understand BES' desire to cover its costs by standardising its smaller item delivery charges, I consider it to be totally unacceptable that a feather-lightweight item costing £3.72 +VAT should have incurred a delivery charge of £4.95 +VAT, Total package cost £10.40, when 90% of the package weight consisted of BES' heavyweight - probably well in excess of half a kilo - product catalogue and miscellaneous other sales promotional material, all of which is no doubt available on-line, in this era when we are constantly being told to save trees and the Planet by not printing off anything which is not absolutely essential. There can be no possible justification for BES to have levied a disproportionately high delivery charge on a new customer, predominantly to cover the cost of mailing its own heavy weight catalogue which I did not ask for, thereby more than doubling the cost of the very light-weight item which I actually ordered. “Hi I am happy with the gas valve although it hasn't been fitted yet. Not happy with the delivery. It was left in my porch for two days even though there is a note on the glass to say do not leave in porch. Please speak to the courier, as Amazon are aware of my delivery instructions. Thank you”

“Only on receipt of the end caps I had ordered did I realise why the delivery charge was so high. A bulky and heavy catalogue, which I am unlikely to ever use in future, was included and the delivery was made by a courier (in this case a small package by Royal Mail would have been enough). Perhaps receiving the catalogue could be made optional. I was also not impressed to receive the goods wrapped in TWO plastic bags.”
