“The goods were fine and exactly right for the job. Only problem for those of us that live in even slightly difficult places to find is that most courier companies are pretty useless. Took 4 extra days for delivery. For small packages the Royal Mail postman is by far the most reliable!”

“Good customer service and products. Excellent late order up to 7pm and delivered before estimated time. One problem was a missing washer for the meter union but I had spares. Overall would recommend.”

Dear Sir/Madam, Please contact us (BES) urgently as we have tried unsuccessfully to call you on several occasions. Our courier tried to deliver but as there was no answer your goods have been waiting at a collection point for 6 days. If they are not collected very soon your order will be returned to BES. “Needed two check valve urgently, price was far better than local suppliers but parts arrived a day later than expected. Previous orders had arrived next day. Will continue to use BES, very handy at times.”

“would appreciate a cheaper delivery option when don't need next day. Also found the offer of free postage on orders over £50 misleading - all prices on site are quoted with VAT yet the £50 has to be before VAT..! otherwise all good”
