“I required a temperature control for a Worcester boiler , unfortunately the next day I received a Natural gas detector, I contacted your service department and after brief explanation I was transferred to another department and I received the correct part the next day . Wonderful service , the wrong part was uplifted by DPD . Regards Ian”

“Still waiting for my purchase. I had to phone to ascertain where my delivery was only to be told it was out of stock and was given revised delivery date. You should email customers where there is a delay in delivery and if possible provide revised date when item can be expected. You should not expect customers to call you in such a situation of out of stock, when promised next day delivery goes on for four working days and still no sign of purchase. However customer service when I did phone was very good and reason for 4 stars.”

“Very good range and selection of fittings, equipment and components, that are also competitively priced. Very quick delivery, for me unnecessarily quick, and for the small items/fittings I need disproportionally expensive. For that reason I rarely use, unless unable to purchase locally or can bulk the order up.”

“Delivery was delayed due to the courier. When eventually my soil pipes arrived packing was torn and scuffed and the sockets of the pipe badly scuffed. Would suggest extra packing around the tops would have been helpful to avoid damage. When I order again will buy plain pipe and separate sockets bends I bought came in a box. Would normally have given 5* as not been let down on delivery before but full marks for team in form of Jane who was v helpful. I was compensated with a discount which was much appreciated.”

“parts perfect the only issue I had was delivery driver couldn't be bothered to knock so left a card when someone home for me to pickup later that day and when I spent £20 on next day before 1030 delivery wasn't happy as I had a job booked for late morning”

“Delivery in on time. Goods in tact , and as described. Thought your delivery charges on the high side, compared to Amazon. But your goods were much cheaper and good quality .”
