“Kane 158 analyser over a month into its calibration. No response from customer service. Have to send for recalibration 2 months earlier to avoid December.”

Kane appreciate that when BES buy their analysers that they may not be resold immediately, therefore some shelf life is required when it comes to calibration. Therefore please note that when it is time to calibrate your analyser with Kane, you will need to include a copy of your BES invoice, which will show the date of your purchase. Kane will then calibrate for 12 months, but only charge you for 9 months (or reimburse you for the 3 months if you pay in full via their website). It is no trouble for BES to provide a copy of your invoice at any point should you not be able to find it when the time comes. We hope this helps.
