“As a customer of a certain age, I really struggled with your website, to find what I was looking for. In the end I googled every single item, then found it on BES and added it to the basket. It took ages !. But, your delivery service was amazing, I ordered after 7 pm and it was delivered the next day, incredible !!!.”

“Used BES.co.uk for the first time last week for two 15mm flat inserts which were needed to finish my plumbing job. Yes with the addition of postage was quite expensive but needed for nest day delivery but delayed by DPD not delivering until the day after. This was nothing to do with BES.co.uk, I was very impressed by the great and quick service I received from BES.co.uk and hope to order further goods from them”

“Ordered online on a Sunday evening. Earliest stated delivery was on the Tuesday. The order was delivered on the Monday after txt informing me of this . Good product, very good price . Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them . It's a pity more companies aren't the same.”

“I found the item I needed via Google. 1/2" x 3/4" male coupling was the item and believe it or not the item is not in abundance on the web. Clicked on the BES website. Reviewed the item and placed what I needed in the basket. Could not be easier. Communication great and delivery prompt.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about your delayed delivery with DPD. As soon as we were aware your goods had been returned as damaged, we sent a replacement for delivery the next day. However, you also placed a reorder yourself and this was also delivered by DPD at the same time (today at 13.19) Apologies but if you wish to return the duplicated product please contact our customer services dept. customerservices@bes.co.uk and they will take care of this on your behalf. We are very sorry about the mix up with the courier in relation to your original delivery, thankfully this is very rare. Apologies. BES
