“First shopping experience with BES. Bought expansion tank to be shipped. Although delivery was as expected, unfortunately the expansion tank was damaged in transit. Customer services handled the issue promptly and also valued BES late night opening to pick up a replacement to keep job on track.”

“Bought from BES in the past and as usual they delivered on time items well packed which is as well as it looked like the couriers had been playing football with it. In the end I only used the 90 deg elbow which performed as it should. Great company for big or small customers.”

“Parts sent swiftly and good quality. Problem was I ordered 2 solvent weld swept bends which were not sent. I contacted BES and advised and a pair of bends were sent out again very swiftly. But instead of receiving the ordered bends I was sent a pair of 90o bends which were push fit. Gave up and went elsewhere.”
