These guys are the go-to place to get hard to find / unusual sized fittings, used them several times, always had the weird sizes that I use.

The part was out of stock and the company failed to tell me it was only when I phoned up that I was made aware resulting in my Tennant having no heating for a longer duration

Easy to follow website, and good product, well-packaged. Delivery was also fine... apart from the fact that the delivery email said that 2 bits of pipe insulation had to be signed-for with an 8am to 6pm delivery slot (not weekends) which was never going to be a possibility! I wasn't out for long on the day suggested, so risked it ... and they left it for me anyway. Phew! Option to take responsibility for left packages would be far less stressful!

Avoid shopping here. Ordered part, was promised next day delivery. Received confirmation email which stated the order could not be changed as it was being packed in the warehouse ready for delivery. Part never arrived. No communication. After 2 days I rang to find out what was happening. Was told the part was not in stock and that I should have been told this when I ordered. Felt cheated and let down. Had to wait 3 working days for a refund. Another company advertising goods they do not have to sell. Quick to take your money, slow to give it back.

Still waiting for my purchase. I had to phone to ascertain where my delivery was only to be told it was out of stock and was given revised delivery date. You should email customers where there is a delay in delivery and if possible provide revised date when item can be expected. You should not expect customers to call you in such a situation of out of stock, when promised next day delivery goes on for four working days and still no sign of purchase. However customer service when I did phone was very good and reason for 4 stars.
