“It replaces toilet seat I already had. Exactly the same and fits original fittings. Excellent description online, good price and delivered quickly.”

“My concern was with the delivery from DPD. The order was placed Tuesday for next day delivery. DPD sent a message to say delivery Thursday would be between 17.25 and 18.25. We were in and then received a message to say sorry our driver missed you ? I don't think they even tried! The parcel eventually arrived on Friday. Certainly not next day delivery.”
