“Repeatedly selling us faulty gas products and refuse to offer any form of compensation. Instead falling back on ‘company policy’. Terrible customer service attitude. Have found a better supplier now.”

Hi John - I am sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. I have spoke with our customer service department and they had advised you to return the product back to us in order to receive a replacement; this was on the 26th June 2026. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or a replacement unless the faulty product is returned to us. I hope this helps and hope you are able to use us again in the future. BES Ltd

“Great company to deal with. Replacement boiling water tap filter fitted perfectly and was £30 cheaper than going to the supplier direct. DPD were a nightmare delivering it though but not the fault of BES. Will be back in 6 months time for my next one. Thank you.”

“I needed an Essex flange to replace a leaking one on a Saturday, went into BES website and found the one I needed, it was delivered delivered by lunchtime on the Monday, good documentation on the website, could track the delivery, excellent service all round. Well Done”

“Domus products appear to be good quality, have yet to fit the parts bought for a kitchen hob extractor. It was easy to select the correct parts to complete a ducting system to match the required airflow placed by the extractor manufacturer on the website. I asked BES a question regarding an airbrick to fit the selected ducting and this was answered promptly. Delivery was very quick with all items well packaged against any damage. Would use again should the need arise.”

“I was looking for a lever ball valve for compressed air, spent ages looking at the popular outlets (S/F T/S) found one but no stock, tried local outlets but no stock or pricey. Then thought of BES (used them before, very clear catalog on line) found what I needed immediately and even with postage it was still cheaper, plus fast delivery. Very satisfied”
