“Order process and collection simple and straightforward. Not quite 5 stars. The 1/2" and 3/4" tap connector epdm washers were actually slight too small in diameter and rather thin. Also, I couldn't add to my order or place an order for a single item at the collection point without an 'up to 30 minute wait.'”

“Equipment and processing good ,delivery poor ordered for saturday delivery didnt arrive till monday. Lost me the work at the weekend and had to rebook the work for later date”

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you like your products, however, it is really frustrating for us that your delivery was poor. “Order for next day before 1030. Driver said couldn’t find addres. When we collected it from another location it had bits missing. I phoned and was made to feel like it was my mistake. Poor customer service, rude, never apologised and then sent again but not even quick delivery. Please listen to the phone call. I now have a very unhappy customer. Still waiting for refund on a delivery which she was making out I was strange for asking for it.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your delivery was delayed, with a picking error. This is VERY rare and we can't apologise enough. As per your conversations with the team, once it was established goods were missing we agreed that replacements would be sent. Also a refund request was made for the pre10.30 tariff and this was refunded to the your PayPal account the same day (Monday 9 March) Apologies. BES

“Pump arrived on time. Made light work of priming the oil boiler without the hassle of getting 500 litres and using only gravity to force the oil through to boiler. Great bit of kit.”
