“My BK Regal 400 Pellet grill was delivered on time as promised, great price for great bit of kit, very heavy, solid and it just works, had great fun smoking and grilling all manner of meat, the Wi Fi option is very handy but the App is pretty flaky but does work after a fashion, I have ordered a front shelf which is very handy, BBQ world delivered that and pellets, all quite painless, recommended”
“I should be giving this review 5 stars, extremely fast delivery, BBQ is a nice size and looks great. However,sadly there are a couple of screws on the underside of the BBQ lid which have left some scratches on the enamel of the BBQ surround, I'm guessing this has happened during transit? Hopefully this won't cause any further damage/rusting to the affected area down the line. Not what you want to be worried about when spending near £600 on a new BBQ. Shame really.”
