A large majority of barbecues are despatched on a Next Working Day service, when you checked out online you selected the "Call Me To Arrange" delivery service, which is a slower shipping service but you are contacted by courier to arrange. This service normally takes an additional 5-7 days.
The standard service for the item you ordered would have been Next Working Day although we cannot always guarantee this.
