“I can not review this product as I have yet to recieved the item. I contacted the company a week ago and have been told that Evir are behind with there deliveries even through they were supposed to deliver over 8 days ago.”
“Purchased a bbq and accessories to the value of just over £1000 and booked delivery approximately 1 week after the order as I could take the day off work to accept the delivery and build the bbq. The delivery company gave me a time slot of between 12:30 and 14:30. At 16:30 i rang BBQWorld to ask them to chase it as it hadn't arrived and they rang back saying that it would be with me within the hour. It never came and I felt that I had been fobbed off to a time after they had closed so that I couldn't ring up to complain. I duly cancelled the order. Sadly I need to now take 40kg of accessories (that arrived seperately) to the post office to return. They have also stated that they will refund me when they receive the items back. Four days after cancelling the order the delivery company rang asking me if I could re-book the delivery. I again wrote to BBQ world and they stated that the delivery company must have been confused and thought they were ringing to confirm the delivery back to store (which they clearly weren't). I currently don't have the BBQ, have never had the BBQ and am still awaiting a refund which I have been given no indication as to when I will receive it.”
“I purchased the pit boss 5 piece bbq set for my partners birthday unfortunately the very first time he used it one of the items started to melt I bought this set purposely for the statement that it withstood a high heat obviously it does not”
“i ordered a napoleon pro bbq. on receipt all seemed ok. the final part of assembly involved me unwrapping the cast iron grill, the outer ring was in peices. so must have been dropped at some point during transit. also missing several nuts and the top vent gasket. i contacted support email. and was contacted back, and was told you would contact napoleon and get back to me..several days later..nothing..no response to emails, even after sending multiple emails....the bbq is not fit for purpose..but it is the lack of feedback that is appalling. the bbq was purchased fom bbq ..not napoleon....bbq world should have immediately sent replacements for the damaged and missing parts and then argued it with napoleon..not expect me to sit waiting for napoleon and bbq world to arguie who was to blame..appalling customer service...and still waiting..”
“Ordered a new Traeger smoker, as soon as you pay for it they wash there hands of you. No shipping information from them and once it arrived it was damaged, email straight away but had to call as a follow up as they made no effort to contact me regarding the damage and then they just told me to deal with Traeger although my purchase was with them and not Traeger”
“Very unhappy with the delivery service. Driver refused to enter the property dropping it at the bottom of the drive despite having an electric pallet truck which would have taken 30 seconds to do. This left 100 kilo pallet blocking the entrance way.”
“Ordered a Yeti cooler with ice pack more than week ago for a big family camp out. The ice pack arrived a couple of days later but not the cooler. No response from customer support about when it might be dispatched and looks like it won’t have it for the event I purchase it for this bank holiday weekend. I waited all day for a delivery that never arrived—without any prior communication from BBQ World or the courier. Even before the delivery day, we had no updates and had to chase both the retailer and courier ourselves, a full week after placing the order. On the day of delivery, we received a last-minute notice that it wouldn’t be coming. I lost an entire day waiting at home and had to cancel an appointment—yet there was no apology or compensation offered. The customer service agent was rude and dismissive, with zero interest in resolving the issue. Save yourself the trouble—plenty of other retailers offer better service and respect for their customers' time. Steer clear!”
“The bbq arrived promptly but with one piece damaged. I’ve contacted customer service about getting the piece replaced but so far this has not happened and the delay is frustrating as I can’t make the BBQ without the replacement part and the parts are taking up space in the house.”
“Poor effort, after the delivery date was missed for a few days checked to see where the item was, turns out wasn't sent or went missing in transit, this is fine it happens. They sent out the item again, this arrived promptly to then find out it was the incorrect item. another wait in day for the third time. So proving you don't need an item by a specific date go for it”
“I purchased a pitboss 550 with a free raincover and WiFi control board.
I didn't receive the raincover and the WiFi control board which was advertised...and now they want me to send a screenshot with the offer...what normal people will take screenshot before placing an order.It's about trust and they should see it was on the Website.”

Delivery company used lied and diverted my package to local pick up point.
BBQ World not interested in contacting them or sorting out my problem. Just excuses after excuses.
Would not recommend BBQ World to my worst enemy!! Very- very poor customer service. Absolute joke. But this seems to be the standard at the moment. Take your money and then not interested.”
“Purchased Weber BBQ for cash back offer. Offer was invalid as BBQ world did not detail the terms on their website. It was limited to the first to apply for it - a very important detail to omit! This means I’ve lost £200 - I could not return it as the packaging had to be disposed of as the box and pallet would not fit through my front door and we live in a terraced house street. Very poor service - I have complained but had no response.”

“Ordered BBQ on the 23/03/24 and still not received it, 9 days later.
Received an email from BBQ World on 25/03/24 saying, BBQ had been despatched, and I would here from TPN the delivery company.
Email from TPN same day with a tracking link, however the tracking link gives no information and I have not heard anything since then.
Poor delivery service and BBQ World just state "unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any delivery as it is out of their control"
