“It arrived on time when stated in an undamaged box. The instructions for build were good except for the lid locking item. I have used it once and it works well. We now have 2 broli king BBQ's. This one we will use in our Motorhome. My only negative comment is the orange gas pipe was dated 2021 2 years before I bought the BBQ. I understand the pipes should be changed every 10 years. We will see how difficult it is to get a new pipe with the regulator and fitment for the BBQ then”

“The grill is great! The installation took 30 minutes. Of the minuses: The website says that the delivery is the next day. This is not quite true. The next day they send the order to the courier service and then they deliver within 5-7 days”

A large majority of barbecues are despatched on a Next Working Day service, when you checked out online you selected the "Call Me To Arrange" delivery service, which is a slower shipping service but you are contacted by courier to arrange. This service normally takes an additional 5-7 days.
The standard service for the item you ordered would have been Next Working Day although we cannot always guarantee this.
