Advertised next day delivery didn't happen. "Tracking information " virtually incomprehensible and not helpful.

Service has been very good, very prompt dispatch and delivery and very helpful customer care. I would have given five stars but I ordered the wrong BBQ and called customer service who offered to recall the BBQ at a cost of £7.50p for it to be . I have had no confirmation of the recall, and have emailed to ask status of refund which I have yet to receive. I ordered another BBQ immediately which arrived two days later, and I am very happy with it.

I ordered a pizza rocker/slicer and thermometer, it was stated 10 day delivery due to no stock which I was happy with. I left it 10,days or so after hearing nothing I gave them a call. A gentleman told me that the stock had arrived and to expect my delivery by the end of the week. I called again the following week after the items didn't arrive to be told the same thing. I challenged the lady that I spoke to this time and told her that I was told the same thing 7 days previously. She then checked something on her pc and told me to expect it in the next few days. Hey presto..I got an email to let me know when it was to be delivered. I would have been happy with the odd update via email and not to be given false information the first time a rang up. Anyway the Gozney products arrived well packaged and as usual excellent quality.

Product was fine. Issues with delivery meant that the order took well over a week to arrive - not the 1-2 days advertised. I did not receive any response from my either the email I sent or the online query form on the website. I finally got through via phone, where I was told there was an issue with communication to the courier. The courier had not even received a package from them. Communication could be much better.

I'm sure the bbq is great, the only problem we had was setting it up. Spent hours on it and didn't get very far, so it's back in the box. So fiddly and difficult to understand the instructions.

Have used BBQWorld (Dawsons) before and found them price competitive for Weber products. They still are but this latest purchase that DPD could not handle due to the state of the box (which they smothered with their own tape to avoid it falling apart) we were very disappointed with due to their attitude. This was a whole new BBQ plus accessories bought as a house warming present by family so we contacted Dawsons straight away to tell them about the delivery issue with pictures. They were not interested and did not even apologise instead saying if anything was damaged we were welcome to send it back ! We explained we had just moved house so this was not a priority and asked for an explanation about the poor state of the package but none was given. So eventually we unpacked the box and indeed did find damage to an item which was replaced to be fair - but still no apology... Doubt we will use them again.

I returned a regulator and hose for a refund as it was not required as the BBQ was already fitted with them. This was a while ago. I have not recieved a reply.

Bought a pit boss through Dawsons of Clitheroe. Order was easy and delivery was prompt. Took approx 4hrs to build which was not an issue. I watched a video on YouTube was beneficial with the build. Now the big issue. After connecting the gas and checking for leaks I fired up the gas side. Giving it good burn for about 10mins to burn off residues and turned it off. I went to get food. Put chicken on the grill and realised I had no cloth. Into the house and back to the garden to notice a flame at the bottom of the bbq. Burners off, bottle off. Blew the flame out only for the bottle to light up. (All fittings where checked before lighting). I pulled the bbq away from the gas. The pipe came away thank god as at this point the bottle was very much alight. Bottle then, while alight thrown into the middle of the garden and firebrigade called. 2nrs later bottle was safe. New bottle, pipe, regulator and linked it all up again after a good check of the bbq. Another check for leaks to find the brass gas connector leaked at the bottom of the ring nut. NOW WE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. Rubber o ring added and now all working fine. However 1/2 bottle of propane out of pocket The cost of new gas pipe, regulator, bottle hire and gas out of pocket along with cost of o rings. Poorly manufactured barbed gas fitting and ot no washer caused the issue. Thank god for my local retained fire department.

I can’t complain about the customer service (from their retailer) as it was excellent but the BBQ arrived with several parts damaged or dented. A replacement has been arranged quickly (again, by their retailer). For such a Large item with many components I would have thought quality checking would be paramount, but am willing to accept the damage could have happened in transit.

While the grill is great (with one corner scuffed but I can live with that), the delivery was atrocious. They employ a pallet delivery company who left the grill on the street. My wife was the only one home and asked if they could put it at least inside the gate and the delivery person refused saying that would be liability for him. Obviously she wasn't about to move in a 75KG box so had to unbox all the pieces on the road and bring them in. These guys ought to employ a better delivery handler.

BBQ is as expected, however it doesn't arrive with the regulator which is a specialist part... it should be sold as a bundle IMO. Also the dpd delivery driver (not the fault of BBQworld) left the BBQ out the front of our house which was not a safe place!

I should be giving this review 5 stars, extremely fast delivery, BBQ is a nice size and looks great. However,sadly there are a couple of screws on the underside of the BBQ lid which have left some scratches on the enamel of the BBQ surround, I'm guessing this has happened during transit? Hopefully this won't cause any further damage/rusting to the affected area down the line. Not what you want to be worried about when spending near £600 on a new BBQ. Shame really.
